A coffee enema involves introducing a mixture of organic, mold free coffee and water into the colon by way of the rectum. The mixture is held in the colon for a period of time and then is released. When coffee is introduced into the colon, the palmitic acids in the coffee are absorbed into the hemorrhoidal vein and portal vein system (which leads directly to the liver), stimulating the gall bladder to dump toxic bile and the liver to produce 700% more glutathione, your master antioxidant that plays a major role in driving toxins from the body.
Your liver is the hardest working organ in your body. It has over 500 jobs, including processing ALL of the toxins you are exposed to. Bile is produced in the liver and stored in the gallbladder.
