APPOINTMENT POLICIES
All appointments require a credit card on file to secure appointment. By booking your appointment, you agree to your credit card being charged the full amount in the event you late-cancel or miss your appointment.
Once you have booked your appointment, a confirmation will be sent to your email address. You will receive reminder notifications prior to your appointment. You will also receive an email with appointment details and a link to download and fill out the NEW CLIENT INTAKE FORM. Please bring this with you to your first appointment. DOWNLOAD FORMS HERE.
Please be on time to your appointment. If you do come late, I will still need to adhere to the time slot allotted for your colonic session, meaning if you are late then your colonic time will be shortened.
If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, I will be unable to see you AND YOU WILL STILL NEED TO PAY FOR THE REST OF YOUR SESSION. Please allow plenty of time to take into account traffic, mishaps etc.
Packages and products once purchased, whether used or not, are strictly non-refundable. Packages are good for 12 months from the date of purchase.
CANCELLATION POLICY
My goal is to provide high-quality services in a timely manner. In order to do so, I have a very strict cancellation/rescheduling policy. This policy enables me to better utilize all available appointment times and client requests. It is also a professional policy designed to create the high level of mutual respect and personal responsibility necessary for healing and transformative work.
24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling is required.
If I don’t receive your cancellation or rescheduling prior to 24-hours, you will be responsible for full fee of the session and your credit card on file will be charged.
No-shows are liable for the full amount of the scheduled service. No exceptions.
You will receive a confirmation email to your cancellation request. If you do not, please reach out via text at: 828.989.1638.
THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY. Please do not be disappointed when it is enforced.
CHECK-IN
Arriving 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time is plenty of time.
PACKAGES
Packages of 3 and 6 colonics are good for 12 months from date of purchase. Packages of 10 are good for 24 months from date of purchase. (Only packages of 10 can be shared with family and friends.)
MEDICAL CONCERNS
Your health is of highest importance. That’s why I’m committed take precautions and care to screen you prior to your appointments.
If any of the contraindications below apply to you, we would not be able to provide you with colon hydrotherapy at the present time unless you provide us with written prescription and/or permission from your MD or ND showing supervision over our services for your contraindication(s).
- Cancer of the colon or GI tract
- Recent history of GI or rectal bleeding
- Congestive heart failure and/or recent heart attack
- Uncontrolled hypertension
- History of seizures
- Carcinoma of the rectum
- Recent abdominal, colon or rectal surgery
- Intestinal perforation
- Abdominal hernia
- Vascular aneurysm
- Hemorrhoids
- Cirrhosis of the liver
- Anal fissures or fistula
- Tumors of the rectum, intestine or abdomen
- Ulcerated and bleeding hemorrhoids
- Pregnancy
